What's New for the 2024 Jeep Wrangler?
The Wrangler has some exciting updates for Doylestown customers. Side curtain airbags are now standard for the first and second rows of seats. A 12.3-inch infotainment touchscreen is now standard, replacing the previously standard seven-inch display. The Sport S and all higher trims now come standard with forward collision warning and adaptive cruise control with a stop/start feature. The Willys trim gains bigger tires and a locking rear differential. The all-new Rubicon X trim joins the lineup.
Jeep Wrangler Performance
The new Jeep Wrangler now has four engine options for drivers in Quakertown to consider. A diesel engine is no longer offered. The standard 3.6-liter Pentastar® V-6 engine produces up to 285 horsepower and 260 pound-feet of torque. An available 2.0-liter turbo I-4 engine produces up to 270 horsepower and 295 pound-feet of torque. An available 6.4-liter HEMI® V-8 engine produces up to 470 horsepower and 470 pound-feet of torque. Finally, hybrid Wrangler 4xe models have a 2.0-liter turbo I-4 plug-in hybrid engine that produces up to 375 horsepower and 470 pound-feet of torque. All Wrangler models have four-wheel drive. A six-speed manual transmission is standard, while an eight-speed automatic transmission is available.
Jeep Wrangler Design
The new Jeep Wrangler has two-door and four-door options. Two-door models have four seats, a passenger volume of 104 cubic feet, and a maximum cargo volume of 31.7 cubic feet. Four-door models have five seats, a passenger volume of 104 cubic feet, and a maximum interior cargo volume of 72.4 cubic feet. With removable doors and removable and retractable roof options, the Wrangler offers the thrill of open-air driving. Available features like 12-way power front seats and dual-zone automatic climate control help ensure a comfortable drive on and off the road.
Jeep Wrangler Tech & Safety Features
One of the most exciting additions to the new Jeep Wrangler feature lineup is the newly standard 12.3-inch infotainment touchscreen. Wireless Android Auto™ and Apple CarPlay® let you connect your smartphone to the infotainment system with ease. Eight speakers come standard, and you can upgrade to an available nine-speaker Alpine premium audio system. The Wrangler has several available safety features, including forward collision warning, blind-spot monitoring, rear cross-traffic alert, automatic high-beam headlights, and rear parking sensors.
2024 Jeep Wrangler Trim Levels
The Wrangler has seven trim levels for customers from Ambler to consider:
- Sport: Comes standard with a V-6 engine, side-curtain airbags, a 12.3-inch infotainment touchscreen, and Apple CarPlay® and Android Auto™.
- Sport S: Adds adaptive cruise control, forward collision warning, and a Gorilla Glass windshield.
- Willys: Adds an electronic locking rear differential, rock rails, and 33.8-inch all-terrain tires that increase ground clearance to 10.8 inches.
- Sahara: Adds a standard 2.0-liter turbo I-4 engine, a standard eight-speed automatic transmission, a seven-inch digital instrument cluster, LED headlights, LED fog lights, proximity keyless entry with remote start, and dual-zone automatic climate control.
- Rubicon: Adds Tru-Lok electronic e-lock differentials, rock-crawl capability, and an electronic-disconnecting front sway bar.
- Rubicon X: Adds the Xtreme 35-inch Tire Package, 12-way power-adjustable front seats, Nappa leather upholstery, a nine-speaker Alpine premium audio system, on-board navigation, and a front-facing camera.
- Rubicon 392: Adds a 6.4-liter HEMI® V-8 engine, a Selec-Trac four-wheel drive system, and a suite of additional safety features.
