Here's what's new for the 2024 Ram 1500
The Ram 1500 is introducing a 6.2-liter supercharged V8 Final Edition TRX model. It's the last chance to get this amazing off-road pickup in a gasoline-powered version. A version of the Tradesman off-road trim comes back with an electronic rear-locking differential, one-inch raised height, skid plates, performance-tuned shocks and 33-inch tires. Finally, the Ram 1500 has made the Tailgate Ajar warning system standard across the lineup for 2024.
Ram 1500 Performance
The Ram 1500 for 2024 offers Lansdale buyers an impressive array of powertrains that all make use of an 8-speed automatic transmission. The Ram's menu of engine choices start with a 3.6-liter V6 that comes with 305 horsepower and 271 pound-feet of torque. The next step up is a 5.7-liter V8 engine with 395 horsepower and 410 pound-feet of torque. At the top of the food chain, the Ram 1500 TRX offers a 6.2-liter supercharged HEMI® V8 with 702 horsepower and 650 pound-feet of torque. It operates with four-wheel drive and can tear up the Michigan roadways by reaching 60 mph in a blistering 3.9 seconds.
Ram 1500 Exterior Design
The HEMI®- powered TRX also comes in a Final Edition version that will be limited to just 4,000 units. It will be available in eight exterior colors that include three new model-specific options: Delmonico Red, Night Edge Blue and Harvest Sunrise. The Final Edition TRX will be highlighted by a 6.2-liter hood badge, a special bed decal, and the Ram 1500 pickup's bead-lock capable wheels with a matching Satin Titanium finish. A 360-degree camera is available with the Ram 1500 Laramie model and an air suspension system is available at higher trim levels.

The 2024 Ram 1500 Crew Cab received the highest Five-Star overall rating from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration. Available safety features include automatic emergency braking, lane-keeping assist, blind-spot monitoring with trailer coverage, adaptive cruise control, a head-up display and rear cross-traffic alert.
2024 Ram 1500 Trim Level Breakdown
The latest Ram 1500 includes eight different trims. These trims are the Tradesman, the Tradesman HFE, the Big Horn, the Laramie, the Rebel, the Limited Longhorn, the Limited, and the TRX. The Big Horn trim offers Ambler, Pennsylvania drivers many different options as it features numerous exterior styling packages, powertrain configurations, and truck bed customizations. The Limited Longhorn and the Laramie have premium interior materials and features like heated and ventilated seats. Performance enhancements such as a suspension system upgrade and a locking differential are available on the Rebel trim. The TRX features the strongest available engine, the 702-horsepower supercharged V8 engine.
