I purchased a Jeep Liberty from you about 6 months ago.  As I told you, I have been dealing with Brandow Chrysler/Jeep since 1984; but once they closed I needed to find another Jeep dealership that I could feel good about.  I feel I have found that dealership.  I want to let you know that JOHN ZAP, CHRIS DASH & WALT WIDDIS....have made me realize that I made the right decision to come to Lansdale Chrysler Jeep.  They have been very helpful,  professional, and always wanting to get the job done correctly.  A customer can't ask for anything more than that!!!!

So I want to say Thank You... and thank you to your service department....it is worth the extra 15-20 minute ride to get that kind of service and satisfaction.  I will continue to send people your way....in fact a friend of mine just purchased a Chrysler 300 from you.

I'm writing to let you know how very pleased I am with the service provided by Tom Lederach and the employees of the body shop that worked on my 2006 Jeep Commander.  Mr. Lederach worked with my insurance company to get my SUV scheduled quickly and the estimate written and paid fast!  He made sure a rental car was big enough for my family.
Unfortunately I've needed body shop work in the past and was very dissatisfied where I'd gone previously (xxxxxx'x in Franconia)!  I hope not to have to do this again but....accidents happen, and I'll be back with Lansdale Chrysler Jeep.
Please thank Mr. Lederach and his team for their professionalism and kind service.  He kept me up to date and was great with my 2 kids.
